Yuexiu International Financial Center is located at Lingshan Island Point in the Mingzhu Bay, Nansha District. The project land covers

an area of 49,500 square meters, with a construction area of 222,483 square meters and a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The main office tower is 200m tall, which is the key landmark building of the area.

 

Our design is inspired by the architectural building, which taking the concept of the beautiful shape of the building outline and creates a contemporary and functional signage design for the Office space. “One Pearl Bay” is its luxury residence apartment on the island peak. By extending its consistent design concept, the signage for the resident is more elegant and minimalist.
